1. Standard Method: 

  • Step 1: --> Overseas client remit TT to buy sample

  • Step 2: --> Our factory prepares and dispatches sample around one week

  • Step 3: --> Overseas client tests and approves our dispatching sample in due time

  • Step 4: --> Discuss update best price and other terms

  • Step 5: --> Conclude PI and Client proceeds payment

  • Step 6: --> Our factory produces and manages shipment as order's requirement.

　

 　
　

2. Flexible Method A:

  • Step 1: --> Overseas client discuss all commercial terms and conclude PO for 1st testing order with us

  • Step 2: --> Remit deposit amount of order (around 10% - 30%) by TT to our side

  • Step 3: --> Our factory prepares and dispatches sample around one week

  • Step 4: --> Overseas client tests and approves our dispatching sample within 1 – 2 weeks

  • Step 5: --> Remit additional deposit amount by TT to meet with total 30% deposit requirement (if above 1st deposit amount is less than 30% level)

  • Step 6: --> Our factory finish production and send pictures to overseas client and book vessel (Overseas client might dispatch own engineer or staff to make inspection before shipment)

  • Step 7: --> Overseas client remit balance 70% to our side

  • Step 8: --> Arrange shipment and release cargo original B/L or Telex release cargo to overseas client.

 

 　
　

3. Flexible Method B: 

  • Step 1: --> Overseas client discuss all commercial terms and conclude PO for 1st testing order with us

  • Step 2: --> Remit deposit amount of order (around 20%) by TT to our side

  • Step 3: --> Our factory prepares and dispatches sample around one week

  • Step 4: --> Overseas client tests and approves our dispatching sample within 1 – 2 weeks Step 5: à Issue LC for 80% balance amount

  • Step 6: --> Our factory proceeds production and manage shipment.

　

 　
　

4. Flexible Method C: 

  • Step 1: --> Overseas client discuss all commercial terms and conclude PO for 1st testing order with us

  • Step 2: --> Issue 100% full amount LC (Allow to accept original official sample approval sheet issued by the buyer as negotiation document inside LC term, but SD shall be enough us to dispatch sample and get sample approval sheet from buyer)

  • Step 3: --> Our factory prepares and dispatches sample around one week

  • Step 4: --> Overseas client tests and approves our dispatching sample within 1 – 2 weeks Step 5: à Overseas client dispatches us the original official approval sheet for sample approval

  • Step 6: --> Our factory proceeds production and manage shipment accordingly.

  

 　
　

** Remark**

1. The sample will be carefully made by our factory according to overseas client’s spec requirement in sample order form, also the sample will be completely pre-tested by our engineer with testing report attachment in full details. So that overseas client can have complete understanding and convenient checking in client’s engineer dept.

2. The sample is free charge, but dispatching cost shall be born by overseas client in pre-paid base or collect-paid base.

3. The sample prepared for the testing order at free charge shall be based on 21” model size (or 14” model size) since the 21” model size is main demand for market.

4. Please completely fill-in our sample request form and specification requirement in order to efficiently and exactly make sample by our engineer.
